Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have secured 16k rank in ap EAMCET and taking into consideration that you belong to bc-b and army category so let me tell you it depends on certain factors whether you will get free seat in pharm d or not.
Various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
For more information you can check out the link given below-

Hello,
You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it.
Previous year's NEET UG cut-offs for BDS course in Army Dental College, Secunderabad for General Category is given below.
Opening All India Rank - 39512
Closing All India Rank - 56448
https://www.careers360.com/colleges/army-college-of-dental-sciences-secunderabad/cut-off
Cut-off changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4. Caste Category of the students.
To predict your rank you below mentioned College Predictor Tool.

The cut offs depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
So, the dynamics gets changed every year . One can't really predict about cut offs.

Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well. See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and AIRs.
With 513 marks , irrespective of your category, your chances into ACMS,Delhi seems to be nil .
In 2020 ,through Delhi IP quota for candidates having general category but an army background, the cutoff marks for ACMS,Delhi were 600 and a closing AIR of 19,980.
In the same year , through all India Quota the cutoff score for a general candidate was 671 and a closing AIR of 1,155 and for an OBC candidate it was 670 with a closing AIR of 1216.
You can definitely try for other courses like BDS and Ayush or MBBS through private or management quota seats . For further information ,you can visit the link given below :

Hello student,
I think there isnt any issue for an eyesight issue in the Indian Armed forces. Any person with a spectacle number under 3 is allowed to join the Armed forces. However, one cannot join the Air Force in case of spectacles of any number. That is strictly the policy there. I would suggest that you still improve your eyesight by doing various eye excercises daily and eat healthy food that would improve your eyesight.
I hope this helps, All the Best!
