At central level SSC CPO is conducted for recruitment of Sub-Inspector(ground duty) in CAPFs, Sub-Inspector(Executive) Delhi Police and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF, the exam is conducted in four phases, the first phase has four papers namely general knowledge and general awareness, general intelligence and reasoning, quantitative aptitude, english comprehension. The second phase has only one subject English, now coming to the booklists for each subject;
English Comprehension: Wren and Martin Grammar Book, Norman Lewis's Word Power Made Easy, SP Bakshi's General Objective English is good for practice.
General Intelligence and Reasoning: RK Agarwal's Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning or MK Pandey's Analytical Reasoning
General Knowledge and General Awareness: Read newspaper on a daily basis to cover dynamic portion, Lucent's GK is good for static portion.
Quantitative Aptitude: RK Agarwal's Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Exam, Arihant's Fast Track Objective , M Tyra's Quicker Maths.
Apart from this, there are many competitive exam sites where you'll get practice paper, so use them they will help you a lot.

I hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that for getting into an army after 10+2 can be done by two options NDA And TES(tecnical entry scheme). As per you query , if you want to btech you can go for technical entry scheme , in which you have to fill the form . After filling the form ,depending on the number of candidate applied, they shortlisted candidates by deciding a cut off and then shorlisted candidate have go through only SSB round (most important). All the expenses of education ,training of final selected candidate are done by the army.
I personally advise ypu to go for tes because at your percentage you will easily get a call from them. I am sharing below the link for your reference.

Admission to Engineering courses in AIT, Pune is based on All India Rank in JEE Main. In 2020 a candidate with rank 1,66,320 (AIR) got admission in AIT, Pune. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on total number of candidates applied, difficulty level of examination and number of seats available etc.

In order to get into Indian army candidates have to pass the class 12 exams or its equivalent and are 16.5 to 19 years of age can apply Entries through National Defence Academy (NDA). After that they will provide you training session of 3 years in NDA and 1 year at IMA to be placed in Indian Army.

As you mentioned that you have taken admission in medical science delhi . So now you want to withdraw your seat as you have got another college, I would say that you need to contact the college for this if they would refund the amount. As per my view they will refund after deducting a certain amount.
