Yes, IITs do offer B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence.

IIT Hydrabad, IIT Delhi , IIT Patna, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT Jodhpur, IIT Ropar, IIT (BHU), IIT Roorkee etc provide the course in Artificial intelligence.

To get admission in Artificial Intelligence in any of the IITs, candidates must qualify the JEE Advanced followed by JEE Mains. The exam is conducted every year. The fee for the course ranges between 1 lakhs to 1.5 lakhs and the average starting salary could be 10-15 LPA.
