Robotics is vast field it is not particular to one branch its combination Electronics , Mechanical , Computer Science , Instrumentation . Most demand and have good scope.

Electronics : Electronics can help communication with robot and transfer of data .

Mechanical :  How to design the outer structure and Which material is good to use  and creating Mechanical movements in robot like Walk,run,throw e.t.c.

Computer science : it deals with the software problems  and coding in robot.

Both above fields you mention in question is good.

Since you have got AKGEC CSE(AI & ML) Shift 1, you have confirmed your seat in that college. For FW programs, there are only 5% seats of total available and for that you must have filled the EWS or similar field during your counselling to prove your low financial state. The conditions being that the annual income should be less than 6 lacs to avail this scheme and to choose FW shift 1. So if you fulfil that criteria, then yes you can get what you're looking for.

Yes with AEEE score 5041 you could get an seat in amurthpuri campus, But there are no specialization in B.Tech. you take for B.Tech (Hons) in Computer Science Engineering. There you will find Courses and subject related to Artificial Intelligence or  Data Science.
