No, you can't. The foundation year, which is the first year in both courses are different in all terms including, subjects and syllabus, due to which transfer from an engineering course to an arts course is not possible, if you wish to change your course nevertheless, you must first quit

Unfortunately, there is no campus placements for dental graduates in dental colleges of India. The only employment provided to dentists are either by the government,or private clinic owners who tend to recruit on small numbers through other portals.
