The candidate who finished 10+2 level from a perceived educational board and has a total base score of 50% in the science subjects (Physics, Biology, and Chemistry) can apply for the GNM nursing course. As you have done your 10+2 from Arts you are not eligible for GNM course.

Yes, you can get admission to B.Tech if you have passed minimum 3 year Diploma in Engineering from a recognized board. Coming from arts background at 10+2 level you are not eligible for MBBS, because only candidates from science stream who fulfill the eligibility criteria are eligible regarding this,
