It is quite difficult to change your subjects in class 12th. You can have the opportunity to change the subjects in class 11th only.

For certificate verification you don't have the original transfer ceritificate but instead of that you have copy of transfer certificate with attested.Well you can go to certificate verification by having attested TC. For remaining try to bring original certificate and keep a copy of it.
