UPSC or the civil services (including being a judge) comes much karte. Since you have completed class 12, you should now proceed for a graduation degree like BA, BBA, LLB in your desired stream and subjects and parallely prepare for UPSC exam for civil services and Judicial Exam for being a judge.
Given your good percentage it won't be difficult to get admission in a decent college.
Plus according to me an IAS or IPS etc (through UPSC) are much more prestigious occupations than of a judge, but it all depends on your interests. No occupation is beneath another, all are equal and both these are very reputable and dignified positions.
A culinary analyst is a high profile and well educated professsion in the field of food and cooking. You, not only have to know how to cook but also be able to manage food industries, restaurants to keep up with the food trends. It is surely a great career if you are interested in food industry research. An average culinary analyst in US earns around 60,000$ per annum which is pretty decent considering the amount of expertise required.
Yes, you can apply for culinary arts courses abroad and land on a good college if your resume and academic achievements are good enough.
Wish you all the best.
