If you want arts subjects in hindi language.. This will fulfilled by the delhi university.
They will teach you in hindi language too and you can give exams in hindi language.
Many of my students doing pol sc. Hons from du.
They studied these subjects in hindi and now in university exams they wrote their exams in hindi language.
