Your marks is good but it is not enough for getting admission in government colleges if you are belong to open category but if you are belong to other categories then you will definitely get government colleges.

The Assam cutoff will be determined on the basis of a few factors,the candidates who score equal to or above the given cutoff of Assam CEE 2017 will stand a chance to avail admissions to the BTech programmes offered by colleges in the state for the academic year 2018-19.

the colleges have last year cut offs which you can refer to and find out if you can take admission there

AEC counseling has not been started yet it will be by july 9 most probably.
according tpo previous year cutoff last round cutoff was 90-110 so according to that you will any branch you want in the top colleges under AEC.
