For BSc Agriculture there is only one college i.e Assam Agricultural University at Jorhat.

It offer Bsc agriculture Hons for 4 years and the intake is 150 Seats

Yes, you can get admission in the Assam University without appearing in GATE. You need to give the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) for that. Else, you can give the entrance exam of Assam University itself.

There is no option regarding medical certificate as it has to be made by government doctors only as a specified by the Medical Association of India. As you have got your medical certificate by a private doctor, it won't be entertained at the time of counselling or seat
