You should not compare MBBS and engineering as both are different things. You should choose a course which you have interest in. If you have creative mind and interest in maths and want to work with machines then go for engineering and if you have interest in biology

The robotics and automation engineering course is available in very few colleges or universities. Even very few IIT's and NIT's offer this course, the chances to get a seat without entrance exam on merit basis or with management quota is very less. As you have not mentioned college
