Yes, you can select your master's degree with the specialization in Automation and robotics based on your interest. If you want to do M.Tech Robotics, you should do your M.sc in Physics first and then apply for direct M.Tech Robotics.

Yeah for automation and robotics there is no college india but if you are interested in Robotics then you can choose ECE branch in engineering and after 1 year of completion of 1sr year you can choose internship in Robotics and automation there are so much comoany which done internship
