You can opt for Diploma in Robotics after 10th which is a course for 4 years, or you can do Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Robotics Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Robotics.

It depends on Crash Course Like Entrance Exam or Bachelor Degree.
Mostly Top University consider Graduation & Entrance 
Exam Result for shortlisting.
But some university want students should be Academically Strong for Further Studies.

Well it is said, no time is wrong to study. Yes you have a huge gap between these 2, but it won't be an issue as you have done some courses.

In Masters, they have Intelligent systems and micro electronics and control system Engineering in which you may be interested.
