Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology is am autonomous college in Hyderabad, Telengana. It is approved by AICTE and accredited by NAAC ( 'A' grade ).

Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology is an overall good college maybe not the best like NITs, IITs and GFITs.

  1. Affiliated Colleges  .
  2. Autonomous Universities  .

As your son has secured 64000 rank in JEE mains then I can assume that he has secured this much rank from general category.
Now with this much general category rank your son cannot get any NIT, but there is a chance that he can get NIT only

For ComedK should one choose Autonomous colleges? For example if you compare SMVIT and NMIT, later is autonomous but former is not. Cutoff rank for SMVIT is lower than NMIT. This indicates autonomy do not play a major factor??
