Hope you are doing well . See,as per previous years' trends ,getting a government medical with a score of 234 isn't possible given that your son belongs to general category. For general category  ,one atleast needs to score 615+ in NEET in order to safely secure a government medical seat.

However you can try for management quota seats of the open states or some deemed University seats . Also , to get admission into a BAMS college be it government or private,he needs to participate in the state quota counselling of Kerela .With a score of 234, getting a government BAMS seat also isn't possible ,he'll have to opt for private seats only . A score of atleast 550+ was required in order to fetch a government BAMS seat .

The duration of BAMS undergraduate degree is 5 years and 5-6 months with the last 6 months being you're internship. Ayurveda Seva Sangh Mahavidyalaya, Nashik is a private ayurved college in Maharashtra. So to get admission in BAMS course in the institute one must register themselves at Ayush counselling of Maharashtra state which is conducted by Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Maharashtra.

And if the student scored as per the cutoff for that college, you will be alloted that. The process of counselling has not begin yet .
