Hope you are doing well . See,as per previous years' trends ,getting a government medical with a score of 234 isn't possible given that your son belongs to general category. For general category ,one atleast needs to score 615+ in NEET in order to safely secure a government medical seat.
However you can try for management quota seats of the open states or some deemed University seats . Also , to get admission into a BAMS college be it government or private,he needs to participate in the state quota counselling of Kerela .With a score of 234, getting a government BAMS seat also isn't possible ,he'll have to opt for private seats only . A score of atleast 550+ was required in order to fetch a government BAMS seat .

I hope you are doing well. BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery is a blend of modern medicine and traditional Ayurveda. BAMS is an undergraduate degree programme that is designed to make students familiar with the concepts of Ayurveda and use them for the treatment of patients. The duration of BAMS undergraduate degree is 5 years and 5-6 months with the last 6 months being you're internship. The expected cutoff for 2021 in Punjab:( Note that these are just the expected cutoff there might be a few changes.)
General Category:450-520
OBC Category: 440-490.
SC category: 220-330.
ST category: 240-320.

Having a distinctive approach, a BDS to MBBS Bridge course allows Dental Science graduates to practice as general physicians in various hospitals, clinics, and organizations across India. On successful completion of this course, the graduates are required to spend at least 3 years in rural areas compulsory

As you have asked CH. Brahm Prakash Ayurved Charak Sansthan is located in New Delhi. The fees here for the first would be approximately Rs 70,000. Which would increase a bit every year. The course is of 5 years and 6 months with the last 6 months being an internship.

Ayurveda Seva Sangh Mahavidyalaya, Nashik is a private ayurved college in Maharashtra. So to get admission in BAMS course in the institute one must register themselves at Ayush counselling of Maharashtra state which is conducted by Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Maharashtra.
And if the student scored as per the cutoff for that college, you will be alloted that. The process of counselling has not begin yet .
