As till 2017 BAMS admission in Karnataka were carried out through the CET  conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority ( KEA) . But from year 2018 onwards BAMS admission will be conducted through NEET.

Since the cutoff for this year hasn't been declared yet, it would be difficult to predict that. But according to the previous year data, for your category the expected cutoff was between 330+ to 490+. So there are chances of getting into a government college.
