As per the latest notification, candidates applying for undergraduate (UG) courses in Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) will be required to appear for NEET 2019 which is also applicable to NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDA (NIA) and there is no separate entrance exam by NIA.

There are good chances for you to get admission in Rishikul Ayurveda college as it's been predicted so far as now that people obtaining 400+ marks can get into Ayurvedic colleges. But it cannot be predicted and cannot be guaranteed

You have a good score in NEET 2019. With this score you can definitely get a seat in a private college for MBBS. But getting a seat in government college for MBBS is difficult. You have more chances of getting other branches like BDS. So do try accordingly.
