Hi amulya, the seats which are reserved for the wards of paramilitary are allocated on the merit basis.all the students which come under these quota fill a separate form and then a separate merit list is prepared on the basis of  marks scored in NEET 2019. So you can apply

Yes NEET is necessary to take admission in Gujarat Ayurveda university. And as per NEET cutoff 2019, candidates belonging to UR category are required to score at least 119 marks (out of 720) in order to qualify NEET 2019, while OBC/SC/ST category candidates need a minimum of 96 marks

 The qualifying score for SC category for NEET UG 2019 is 107 and since your score is 161 which is more than the minimum qualifying score so you can surely get a seat in Karnataka but you can only get a seat in deemed universities of Karnataka like Sri devraj

You can get a seat in RA Poddar College to pursue BAMS programme through your rank and home state seat quota. But as there is an increase in candidates, change in seat positions and paper level, the cut off modifies each year. You can get in reputed college
