You have decent chances to get seat in Govt colleges so better to apply for the same and you can also try for private colleges if you are interested.

As per the last cutoff, you need around 400 marks for veterinary and around 300+ for AYURVEDA in kerla even under OBC CATEGORY. So, your chance seem quite low.
