Hi Aspirant,
For 15% AIQ, As per the NEET 2020 Counselling schedule for AYUSH courses, registration for round one will begin from 26 November 2020 to 1 December 2020, and choice filling can be done on 2 December 2020. The first round result of AYUSH NEET seat allotment 2020 will be announced on December 4.
State counselling schedule haven't released yet for the same.

You may get seat in Ayush ug in maharashtra but it depends upon your neet score. Also which category you belong to ? You can get seat through 15% all India quota . That is possible if you have high neet score. Other option is through deemed university.
Ayush central counselling commitee conduct counselling for 15% AIQ in government aided Institutes, central universities, private colleges and 100% seats in deemed universities.

well the cutoff marks for ayush is may be going to be around 300 so it is quite difficult to get admission But still the cutoff depends upon the ayush ministry of state govt. so hope for the best!

The Telangana Ayush counselling for 2020 has to being on November 6 2020 but due to some reasons the counselling dates has been postponed and the dates are yet to be notified soon.

According to the faqs provided by AACCC for Ayush centralized counselling you were eligible for participating in the second round of counselling ( https://aaccc.gov.in/aacccug/Document/FAQs.pdf ) however, AACCC has already released the final result or round 2 ( https://aaccc.gov.in/aacccug/ ) hence I suppose that is why you are unable to register for round 2.
