hey, for most of the colleges the minimum percentage they take is 50% and above. 45% are very rare even with entrance exams. but that doesn't mean you will not get any chance, there are private colleges that accept. you will have to hunt for it. if its merit it

Yes St Xaviers college Mumbai conducts entrance exams for its Bachelors in Management studies and BMM courses respectively . They don't conduct entrances for B.A programs . You can apply and appear for the BMS entrance exam as it is one of the reputed institutes in india offering
