It is not necessary. You can do BA LLB even if you had other subjects in +2. Though, having these subjects would be helpful for the course, others can also manage very well.

The minimum age to apply for an undergraduate course is 17 years of age while the maximum age is 23 years of age.

But there is no upper age limit to pursue an undergraduate course in open universities.
