Yes you can do LLB after BA. You need to qualify exams such as CLAT, LSAT, AILET etc.
Anjali i want to inform you that LLB Admission is done either on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in qualifying degree or through a relevant entrance test.
Many universities in INDIA offer BA in arts in distance mode .For admission through correspondence mode a student need to clear 12th with minimum 45% marks. Indira gandhi National University is most famous for study through distance mode. Some of other universities are

If you are already pursuing your Undergraduation, then you cannot give CLAT. CLAT is an entrance test for admission into NLUs for a 5 year integrated law courses which combine your undergraduate degree and LLB like BA LLb, Bcom LLb, BBA LLb etc.
