If you make up to the merit list, you will get the call letter through email. You will be called for counselling. You have to report at the centre as mentioned in the call letter. There you will come to know about your admission.

Since you are from an English Literature background, at the cost of sounding stereotypical, I am assuming that you are not too keen on opting for Finance. As there are Just 60 seats in this programme and after applying reservation for various categroies seats for Gen. candidates will be so less. You have very little chance of getting a seat here.

Any bachelor's degree would work. All you need to do is prepare the best for the exams. Having an easier bachelor's degree would help you to make your prime focus on your exam preps.
