As per your concern of getting admission in BHU in BA social science course the chances are quite low because in 2017 the cut off for the same subject was around 170 marks and cut of rank was 1504 for general catagory.

You can add Physical Education in best four subjects, only if you are applying for that subject in honours. Otherwise, Physical Education cannot be included. 

If you do want to include this subject, then there will be a deduction of marks. Every university has a different rule for this,

Yes, you can get the admissions at Allahabad University with these marks. Stay updated with the latest cut off, which is released in the regional newspaper and then after take the admissions accordingly.
