In 3 of them I would suggest go for DTU. It has lesser fees better facilities and less Attendance regulations. And some great college fest. I have less idea about IIT Ropar. But I'll suggest go for DTU and if you want NSIT then it's good too. As
Based on this score the chances seems to be less to get BA (Hon) programme also. You can check the cutoff with the given below link.

It simply depends on when your chance comes. 20 isn’t a bad number so I’d suggest you to keep Symbiosis as an option, however it is always better to have backup colleges to apply to.
