Doing both the things together will be very difficult after ba  you can easily do pcs as some subjects are similar to ba and you can focus at one thing in a better way.

You can get admission in BALLB 5 year integrated course

If you want to opt top law schools then give CLAT examination and exams like SET AILET etc.. 

You can take admission in private law collegees, which generally give admissions on any score and class 12th percentage
