Hope you are doing great ! Yes ,of course now it is allowed that you can do the two courses at same time but there is a condition from ugc that is one course should be from regular mode and other course should be from distance mode

JNU offers M.A in Spanish is a full time course duration of the course is 2 years and seats available in the University is limited i.e 8 seats. candidates must have Spanish as a subject in their academic record with 10+2+3 degree in any discipline.so yes you are eligible
