It completely depends on the college in which you want to take admission in. You have not mentioned the college name or city or state. but in most of the colleges, the admission process is based on merits and is taken offline. Colleges offering merit-based BA Hons admission  release their own cut off lists and candidates who qualify the cut off can take admissions. Top universities for BA hons are-
