see if you have passed 12th in 2020 and have applied for bachelors course, you would fall in 2020-2021 session. however due to corona pandemic the admission process has late and same for staring of ug classes. so now its very important to get in touch with your college, faculty and fellow students to know about latest exam dates, assignment submission, mock exams and so on. I suggest you to immediately contact with college authority to know about exam related updates. many colleges has started online classes and over the year classes are going on online mode.

Preparation of general awareness following topics you should give importance for reading and writing. Physical geography, Indian geography, Indian and international history, international organisations, Honours and awards, everyday science and rewards, constitution, Indian polity, current affairs and daily reading of 2-3 newspapers and note down the important topics on a exercise book and revise it regularly.

The eligibility criteria for admission to BA (Hons) Economics in Delhi University is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% aggregate marks in 10+2. The admission is on basis of marks scored in Class 12th in best four subjects. The criteria for best four subjects is as follows
The candidate must include one language and three best academic/elective subjects.
The candidate must have studied and passed Mathematics at the qualifying exam for admission to B.A. (Honours) in Economics.
SO by this it is not mandatory to include marks scored in Mathematics you can include any other subject with better score but it is mandatory that you must have studied and passed in Mathematics in 10+2 level.

In the official website there is no detailed syllabus given for IPUCET b.a ECONOMICS exam. the question weightage would be as follows:
i. General English (20%)
ii. Economics and Statistics (40%)
iii. Mathematics (40%)
however you have to collect the entrance papers of others university exams as well. Ask the seniors students or follow social media who have appeared in b.a economics exam of ipucet in previous years. for english follow any good grammers books, study the 12th standard math to study for maths part.
