As per my knowledge Delhi university will give admission through merit based also there is a possibility that entrance exam might happen only for those courses which earlier used to have entrance based admission.

Unfortunately, JNU doesn't offer BA history, Hons. Course. But it offers language courses such as Arabic, Urdu, French, Japanese and has accreditation of NAAC A++ and has a very good name in academics, research and other activities.
