Both DU and JNU are great universities with ample of oportunities served. Both the universities offer these two courses.

But I would like to suggest you that for undergraduate courses you must give preference to Delhi Unversity and for your master's you must go for JNU.

Yes you can add physical education as one of the four subjects required for admission in BA Hons Psychology . It is very much allowed but they may deduct some percentage due to this but still it should not affect your percentage that much and you would be able to

see to pursue b.a or b.sc course you need to pass 10+2 course from a recognized education board. since you have completed your 12th course you are eligible to apply for ug courses in college, however this 1 year aviation course certificate is not valuable or have much preference
