BA (Programme):
40% or above marks in aggregate at 10+2 examination (best 5 subjects)
BA (Honours)English:
65% aggregate in any one of the qualifying examination with 75% in English
Business administration is a different path and economics is another. If you are interested in Business administration then opt for BBA and later on you can easily adapt to MBA and higher Studies. This does not take away the possibility on can have by pursuing BA. You can do MA
