As of now, probably you are confused between banking as well as Civil Services 

So what you can do is take Eco(Hons)

To be eligible for colleges that accepts JEE reuslts you have to score above 75% if you are in general or OBC category and 65% if you are of SC and ST categories from a recognized board. It is mandatory for candidate to have 5 subjects in 12th.
