For ba programme maths is not a mandatory subject to have in class 12th. You may still chose your course without having maths as  your elective subject. You just need to add your 1 language subject and 3 subjects from list A for your best 4 calculation.

Also

Different universities follow different criteria for giving admission in BA Honours program. Universities like DU, JMI, AMU, etc provide admissions based on the merit lists. However, NTA is planning to conduct a common entrance test for the same in the near future.

Hello Kinjal..There is no fixed data, Fee structure is revised every year. In Last Session ie, 2018-2019 academic Session it was 5300rs per annum for third year B.A students and 4083/rs per annum for B.A second year students.
