Delhi University 2019 (DU) Eligibility
For UG Courses (Merit Based):
Students have to pass their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
There is no minimum age bar limit to get admission into UG course in the University & its colleges (except in profession courses).
With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 6600-7900. If you fall in general category then chances of getting VIPS and Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology are very less because their cutoffs lie somewhere near 2500 and 4500 respectively. Since your rank is 1606, then in order to get admission in BA LLB, you would have to apply to all the colleges that you wish to attend.

There won't be much deduction in your percentage. Also it depends from college to college. Atmost you will face a 2.5% deduction from your best four score for changing your stream that's it , no other reductions are applicable.
