There is no entrance exam for B.A Programme in Delhi University as it is based on merit of your four best subjects of 12th grade. However, B.A programmes like BA(honours) Business Economics do have an entrance exam.

The undergraduate course B.A eco hons is available in various Delhi University colleges. With 90% you can get admission in colleges like Kalindi, Motilal Nehru, P.G.D.A.V, Rajdhani, Shyamlal. You can get admission in these colleges in the subsequent cutoff as in 4th and 5th.

According to 2018 cut off of venky the last percentage at which admission happend was 89%. 

So there is a chance if this year cut off goes down , you may get admission in venky.
