As per your query, Yes!! you can get admission in BA LLB without any entrance examination, there are some colleges who offers BA LLB without any entrance exam like CLAT(National Entrance Exam), there are some top university who conducts their own entrance exam to take admission in BA LLB course. In Private Universities and Colleges 10% seat are reserved for management quota if you do not want to appear in any entrance exam you can go with the management quota seats.

Law degree courses in distance mode isn't recognized by BCI that is bar council of India, hence it's better you pursue it in distance mode if you're interested and fulfill the eligibility criteria for BA LLB for which you need to pass 10+2 from a recognized board in any stream securing 45% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, the admission process may be done through entrance tests such as CLAT, AILET, LSAT, CUET, PU BA-LLB/BBA-LLB Hons, SET, there are also state level exams such as KLEE/AP LAWCET/TS LAWCET/MAH CET LAW etc, and there are other options of admission based on the merit of the qualifying examination, also law as a discipline isn't merely restricted to learning theoretical concepts , there is also practical applications in this regard.

Yes you can fill the forms of universities or colleges other than you have applied in your form LSAT . You just have to check whether the other universities or colleges in which you want to apply, prefer exam conducted by themselves or any other exam like CLAT .
