is management quota too bad in private medical colleges ?Do bad students study in management quota ?

Anurag Khanna 16th Feb, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

No, there is nothing like that. See management quota seats are generally open to all candidates, those who belongs to the same state where the institution is located and also those who belongs to any other part of India, so that they can take admission in their dream college. This is because for government quota seats there is fixed reservation of candidates of the same domicile where the institution is located, so if any candidate belonging to any other state cannot take part in counselling for government quota seat of that institutions but if the institution is dream institution of the candidate then he can get it through management quota counselling and he can get seat in the same college, provided that the college provides management quota. Yes there is a fee difference in government quota seat and management quota seats. Management quota seats are very expensive as compared to that of government quota seats.

There is nothing like such situation that you have asked in the question.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

i got conposite score 548 in mat exam . Is it good or bad ?

Sharon Rose Student Expert 31st Dec, 2021

Hello,

MAT Composite score ranges from 199-801. The score 199 or less than 199 will be indicated as 199 and the score 801 and above will be indicated as 801. Based on this scale you have average composite score. The score below 199 and the score above 801 is very rare.

With the given score based on the previous year MAT Composite Score cut off you have chances to shortlist for the following institutes for the next stage

  • SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai: 400
  • Christ Institute of Management, Pune: 400
  • Alliance School of Business, Bangalore: 500
  • Amity Business School, Noida: 500

Cut off may change depending on total number of candidates applied, top score, total number of seats available, difficulty level of examination etc.

Hello,

With the given score the chances are very less to shortlist for next stage of the selection. Based on the previous year MAT Composite Score cut off and the Composite score secured in CBT mode you have chances to shortlist for the following institutes for the next stage

  • SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai: 400
  • Christ Institute of Management, Pune: 400

Cut off may change depending on total number of candidates applied, top score, total number of seats available, difficulty level of examination etc.
