BAG
You should reach out to the Student study Centre. You can reach out to them at: ssc@ignou.ac.in . This is because IGNOU has its own rules for assignments and exams and the Administration takes final calls but there might be exceptions based on case to case basis. In general, you have to submit assignments for all subjects but pay fees for the subjects that you want to appear for the exam. But we would still suggest you to confirm the same from the Student Study Centre.

Hey Shardul Kolekar
For getting a seat in IISER pune for an obc candidate he or she has to score about 330-460 out of 500 in JEE advanced depending on which you board you finished your 10+2.
The cutoff rank is around 8000. All these cutoffs were based on the previous years. 2020 cutoff will vary based on number of candidates, cutoff set and difficulty of the exam
hope this helped
all the best
hey,
most of the students enrolled in bschool dont have many years of work experience or sometimes they join right after completing graduation. if your academic score is not that good you can not get calls from iims as they shortlist candidates according to academic score and cat percentile. getting 99 percentile in cat does not assure you to get call from iim ahmedabad or kolkata. however you may get call from faculty of management studies delhi, pumba etc. see if you work hard , do some internship beside studies, you will definitely get good package, just dont loose confidence .
