Hey! Technically, NEET qualification is mandatory for admission to BAMS in government colleges and most private institutions. However, some private colleges may offer management quota seats without NEET scores, but these usually have higher fees. To be eligible, you must have completed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Always check that the college is recognized by NCISM to ensure your degree is valid.
Hello dear candidate,
YES, you can add private BAMS colleges in round 2 in up AYUSH counselling.
firstly you need to log in to the portal of counselling, then go to the choice filling or modification option, then add the private colleges you want and then finally lock your choices before deadline.
Hello,
Yes, if you are allotted a seat in a private BAMS college through UP Ayush counselling and you do not go for the physical document verification, your security money may be forfeited. Physical verification is mandatory to confirm your admission.
You will lose the seat and the security deposit if you skip it.
Hope it helps !
Hey! With AIR 541891 and ST category rank 1119, it looks a bit tough for top colleges because their cut-offs are usually much higher. But still, depending on the course, state quota and seat availability, you may get a chance in some colleges with lower cut-offs. Keep checking the official counselling rounds, sometimes seats open up in later rounds.
You have better chance in private colleges and managemement quota seats.
Participate in the state level AYUSH counselling conducted by the KEA and list your preferences for private colleges offering BAMS.you might get good colleges.
Here is some colleges to consider like Aroor Laxminarayana Rao Memorial Ayurvedic Medical College in Koppa and Sri Jagadguru Gavisiddeshwara Ayurvedic Medical College in Koppal etc.
Good luck!!
If you want to discontinue the bams course you might have to pay fees even there is penalty too depends on your college's specific bond agreement.
There is ugc guidelines exist for fee refunds but it is strict for management quota seats.
check your documents for specific policy during admission process and you should submit a formal withdrawal application for smooth leaving process.
All the best!!!

Getting a BAMS government college in Rajasthan with a NEET rank of 60893 is very highly unlikely, as expected, as cutoffs for the government BAMS colleges are likely lower than your rank. With your rank you are good enough to get private BAMS colleges.
I hope it will clear your query!!
There are several good colleges that provide the BAMS program in Maharashtra; here is the list
Hello Anshul
With 13,11,183 rank in NEET 2025, admission to BAMS in private college like Rama Ayurveda is not possible as the recent years cutoff for the same has been around 300 - 400 marks and as you have 114 marks, it won't be possible to get into that cutoff.
Thank You!!!
