Yes, there is women quota for BAMS in Maharashtra state counselling. For female candidates, reservation in government colleges is 30% and reservation in private Unaided Institution is 30%.

There is no such women quota open EWS category for BAMS. There is a GEN-EWS category

Listen, with NEET marks you can apply in BAMS but, you just scored 100 marks in NEET, even you have not fulfilled the eligibility criteria of passing the examination, Because 138 marks considered as passed.
