Sorry to inform you but government colleges of BAMS are not possible at this score. You may however try through Management quota or deemed universities, until the later rounds of counseling. Hope to have helped. All the best.

Your marks is 160, in these marks chance to get admission into a BDS or BAMS course in a Government Medical College that too in the general category and state category is very low .You can try both for BAMS and BHMS in private colleges.

First of all you cannot get admission in any Ayush Courses whether it's BAMS, BHMS, B.U.M.S etc or even MBBS/BDS without NEET ,

NEET is absolutely mandatory regarding this,  hence you are required to appear as well as qualify NEET with required cut-offs in order get admission into BAMS,

Bds is bachelor's in dental surgeon while b.a.m.s is bachelor's in ayurvedic surgeon. Both are different fields and are not related to each other. I would suggest you to go with the one you are most interested in.
