With the marks of 200 in neet , getting a seat in government medical colleges is not at all possible. It would have been better if you could have provided your category for the better prediction. However you may try for private medical colleges for BAMS also through management

No , I am afraid you won't be able to do as to take admission in BAMS even in a private college then also the bare minimum is to clear the NEET cutoff which would be around 133-150, so I'm afraid to inform that you will fail to qualify NEET
