The cut off marks for Bhms /bams goes lower than bds and as every year it varies and are different but roughly to get government college the marks required are:

General : 400 or above

OBC : 350 or above

SC : 300 +

St : 280 +

As per the last year (2020)result of NEET UG ,General category aspirants need minimum 147 marks (50 percentile). On the other hand General-PH(129 Marks 45 percentile) and SC/OBC/ST requires 113 marks (40 percentile).
