As you have 270 marks in neet you are qualified. You didn't mention your category I expect it to be general. The chances are relatively low if you are looking for free seat. You need minimum 350 marks in neet to get admission in government colleges.

You can try

With a Score of 550/720 in NEET, being from OBC Category you can easily secure a seat in BAMS, if thats your interest.

However, incase youe from Delhi State, under 85% State Quota you have fair chances of securing a seat in some of the better MBBS Medical Colleges in
