• scores are - 720-147 for unreserved category,
• 146-113 for SC/ST/OBC,
• 146-129 for PwD category and
• 128-113 for PwD candidates who are also SC/ST/OBC.

Usually for BAMS one must score 420+ for general category for government college. For private it  300+.

You can take admission to the second year of a degree by direct entry cap rounds at COEP. For OBC, I believe you should aim for more than 90-95% in your diploma final year. Last year It was around 95+ %  for boys, and 92+% for girls (OBC category)

I guess you are talking about all india Ayush counselling by saying all over India because that's only counselling which will provide you government BAMS College in other state than your own domicile state.
