Sorry to inform this, but the chances for you to get a seat in any government or deemed college with this score is difficult. You can try in some private medical colleges through self financed where the fee would be too much.

You have not mentioned your category. But with 135 marks you won't be able to get BAMS anywhere . If you are from general category you have not qualified.minimum qualifying marks neet for general category is 147 this year
For SC/ St category candidate must need minimum 350
