My Borther has scored 311 marks in Neet 2025, With AIR 413302 and OBC category rank 190223 belongs to UttarPradesh State. He is willing to take any BDS/BHMS/BAMS college as MBBS seems impossible and then planning to reappear in NEET 2026 in first year of college. What are the possibilities?

We understand your concern, as NEET is a very competitive exam you need at least 550 or more to get admission into a decent MBBS college not a top tier college as it would require 650 to 700 marks in NEET.

Hi Samiksha,

Generally, with the score of 140 in a highly competitive exam like NEET it is difficult to get a BAMS college even with EWS category. You may get admission in a private institution but in a government college it is difficult.

Your NEET score of 258 is low for BAMS ayurvedic course, some private institutions may offer you admission with management quota. If you score between 200 and 250 marks in NEET and belong to the EWS category in Madhya Pradesh, here’s what you need to know:
